Welcome to your Central Hub: Project OS. This system is designed to streamline your workflow and centralize your operations. Follow these steps to set up your workspace in less than 5 minutes.


Step 1: Duplicate & Cleanse

  1. Click Duplicate in the top-right corner of this page to add the template to your own Notion workspace.
  2. Go to the Databases (at the bottom of the sidebar) and ensure all "Challenge" data has been cleared. Your workspace should be a blank canvas ready for your specific projects.

Step 2: Configure Your Brand Identity

  1. Navigate to the Brand Guidelines and Assets page.
  2. Replace the placeholders with your client's or your own brand's Voice, Colors, and Logos.
  3. This ensures that every time you reference the "Brand Kit" during production, the information is accurate and ready to use.

Step 3: Set Up Your Team & Contacts

  1. Open the Team Directory.
  2. Add your internal team members and assign their roles (Project Manager, Editor, Designer, etc.).
  3. Populate the Client Contacts table so you have all external emails and communication channels in one place.

Step 4: Launch Your First Project

  1. Go to the Active Campaigns or Production Schedule page.
  2. Click the + New button.
  3. Use the "New Production Task" template to automatically generate the Objective, Equipment, and Shot List sections.
  4. Assign a Date to see the task appear automatically in your Content Calendar.

Step 5: Master the Review Workflow

  1. As you finish assets, move them to the Review & Approval board.
